The practice has a strong focus on people, place and purpose, delivering projects across Australia and internationally. The Landscape Architecture team works across everything from individual sites and residential developments through to major precincts, public spaces and city-shaping projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
An opportunity has become available for a Landscape Architect to join an established Landscape Architecture and Urban Design division within a leading multidisciplinary practice.
You’ll work across a varied project portfolio spanning residential, cities, urban living, education, mixed-use, transport and industrial, contributing from early design concepts through to detailed documentation and delivery.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both sides of landscape architecture. Strong creative design thinking combined with the technical ability to turn those ideas into high-quality documentation.
DUTIES
- Develop landscape concepts, designs and presentations across a diverse project portfolio
- Produce detailed landscape documentation using Revit
- Progress projects through design development and documentation stages
- Work closely with architects, urban designers, consultants and clients
- Contribute to major residential, education, mixed-use, transport and urban projects
- Coordinate landscape requirements across multidisciplinary project teams
- Help develop design responses that are considered, practical and responsive to their context
- Maintain design intent through documentation and project delivery
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Relevant Landscape Architecture qualification
- Professional experience within a Landscape Architecture practice
- Strong Revit proficiency and understanding of BIM workflows
- Strong landscape documentation and technical detailing capability
- Demonstrated design ability and a strong visual/design sensibility
- Experience across residential, urban, education, mixed-use or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive approach to projects
