Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily site activities across earthworks, roadworks, pavements and drainage.

- Managing and coordinating site crews, subcontractors, plant and materials.
- Ensuring work fronts are properly resourced and ready to go.
- Monitoring plant utilisation and identifying opportunities to improve productivity.
- Running pre-starts and communicating daily priorities to the team.
- Working closely with the Project Manager to manage program, resources and site requirements.
- Keeping accurate records of daily progress, quantities, labour, plant and any delays or issues.
- Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Providing leadership on site and maintaining a positive and accountable team environment.
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who has robust civil construction supervision experience and is confident taking ownership of a site and leading a team.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a Civil Supervisor or similar senior site-based role.
- Strong exposure to bulk earthworks, road construction, pavements and drainage.
- A good understanding of civil construction methodologies and production rates.
- Experience coordinating multiple crews, subcontractors and plant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly on site.
- A strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.
- White Card.
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Full Australian working rights.
What's on Offer?
- Competitive salary package.
- Regional project opportunities across WA.
- Attractive roster.
- Company vehicle and tools of trade.
- Ongoing training and career development.
- The opportunity to work on significant civil infrastructure projects with an established contractor.
