Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio with strong support around you?

Our client is a highly regarded and growing real estate agency seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their supportive property management team on a 12-month contract, with potential to go permanent.

What's on Offer:

- $115K salary
- 12-month contract with potential to go permanent
- Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm | 1-hour lunch
- 150-225 property portfolio
- Junior PM support for a 225-property portfolio
- Modern systems and streamlined processes
- Supportive and collaborative team culture

Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-end residential portfolio management
- Landlord and tenant relationship management
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears, maintenance and compliance
- Routine inspections and reporting
- Tribunal matters when required

About You:




- Previous residential Property Management experience is a must
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Proactive, detail-focused and confident working autonomously
