I'm looking for an Account Manager to join a growing, fast-paced Full stack marketing agency.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building genuine client relationships, owning projects end-to-end and working closely with creative, media, performance and technology teams.

Why this role?

Unlike traditional agency Account Manager roles where you can be spread across 15-20 different clients, you'll have the opportunity to really focus on your accounts.
You'll manage one major client account, supported by 2-3 smaller accounts, giving you the time and ownership to build strong relationships, understand the clients' businesses and deliver outstanding work - rather than constantly jumping between accounts.

What you'll be doing

- Own day-to-day relationships with key clients and become a trusted partner
- Manage projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Develop project timelines, scopes of work, quotes and other key documentation
- Coordinate projects across Creative, Performance and Technology teams
- Write clear and concise briefs and ensure everyone is aligned on deliverables




- Manage budgets, timelines, resources and project profitability
- Identify risks early and work with senior stakeholders to resolve them
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
- Work closely with Account Directors and Client Partners to deliver strong client outcomes

We're ideally looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in Account Management or Project Management, ideally within a:
- Creative agency
- Media agency
- Digital/marketing agency
- Fast-paced marketing environment

You'll be highly organised, confident with clients and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, communicates well and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

A strong Media and Creative background is highly desirable, along with solid project management experience.

Sydney CBD based - 3 days in office / 2 from home
Salary ranges from $85,000 up to $100,000 + Super (depends on experience)
