About the role

Retreat Design is seeking an experienced cabinet maker to join our team. You will be responsible for the installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, fixtures, and appliances according to specifications and design plans, working with integrated products and complex hardware mechanisms on renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

- Installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, fixtures, and appliances according to specifications and design plans

- Working with integrated products and complex hardware mechanisms

- Working to project timeframes on renovation projects

- Collaborate and communicate with clients, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements

- Manage on-site logistics, including scheduling deliveries, coordinating tradespeople, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and implement effective solutions





- Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations

About you

- Experience in kitchen and bathroom cabinetry installation

- Strong attention to detail

- Solid project coordination abilities

- Good communicator who can work professionally and collaboratively with team members and clients
