The Role

This Management Accountant role is responsible for delivering accurate management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering support across the organisation. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing financial insights to support decision-making and operational performance within a collaborative finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparation of monthly management reports and financial analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Business partnering with operational stakeholders across the organisation
- Monitoring financial performance and providing actionable insight
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes




- Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by senior leadership

Your Profile

- Previous Management Accounting experience
- CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Robust budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A positive, personable, and collaborative approach
