About the role

We are seeking a capable and commercially minded accountant who can take responsibility for accounting, tax and business advisory work across a broad client base. You will work closely with our financial planners, lawyers and lending specialists to provide integrated advice to individuals, families and business owners. The role will suit someone who enjoys client relationships, technical work and the opportunity to be part of a growing international multidisciplinary advice firm.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and review tax returns, financial statements and compliance work for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs

- Provide tax planning and business advisory support to clients

- Manage lodgements, deadlines and client workflows

- Work closely with financial advisers, lawyers and lending specialists on integrated client matters

- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through proactive advice

- Maintain high standards across compliance, documentation and client service

- Assist with the development of accounting systems, processes and service standards

- Lead the team maintaining the internal business accounting and payroll

About you

- Current Tax Agent registration

- Current Public Practice Certificate or ability to have one

- Current membership with CA, CPA or IPA

- Public practice experience





- Solid technical knowledge across tax, business structures and SME accounting

- Ability to manage client relationships professionally and confidently

- Commercial mindset and willingness to identify opportunities

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

- Someone who wants responsibility, autonomy and reward for effort
