Join our Property Management team supporting a major retail asset at Pacific Epping. This role plays a key part in the financial and operational performance of the centre, helping deliver a safe, well-presented and customer-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain operational documentation, contractor records and compliance databases
- Support audits, reporting requirements and risk management activities
- Assist with budgets, forecasting, expense tracking and operational reporting
- Monitor contractor administrative documents invoices, PO, induction process
- Build strong relationships with contractors, retailers and stakeholders
- Contribute to centre presentation, safety and customer experience initiatives
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence

About You

- Administration experience within property, retail, facilities or operations environments
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and reporting
- Knowledge of WHS, compliance or risk-management processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel and reporting tools
- Well organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
