About the role

My World Child Care is seeking an OSHC Co-ordinator to join our team in Rockingham, WA 6168. This is a part-time position, working split shifts, that plays a vital role in the planning, delivery and coordination of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) programme. As OSHC Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our service operates smoothly, provides high-quality care and education experiences, and maintains compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. This role is essential to creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive during before and after-school hours.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily OSHC activities that are developmentally appropriate, engaging and aligned with the service philosophy and educational framework

- Liaise with families and schools to ensure effective communication and collaboration

- Ensure the service environment is safe, clean and well-maintained in accordance with duty of care requirements

- Transportation of children to various schools in the Rockingham area

What we're looking for

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent,



recognised by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)

- Current First Aid and CPR certification appropriate for children

- Working with Children Check clearance (or willingness to obtain one) & WA Police Clearance

- Demonstrated experience working in childcare or education settings, preferably in OSHC or similar programmes

- Clean WA drivers licence
