The Literacy Leader position will attract 3 PAR points and 0.2FTE together with 0.8FTE classroom teacher role.

Position Scope: Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal: Teaching and Learning. The Literacy Leader provides strategic leadership for the teaching and learning of literacy from Foundation to Year 6 at Redeemer Lutheran School.



This role supports the development and implementation of consistent, evidence-informed practices that improve student literacy outcomes.
