About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and passionate about sales. You will have the prospect to work collaboratively with the Sales Manager with a primarily focus on house and land packages and greenfield contracts.

Day to day duties will include:

- Be pro-active in working new leads and the existing client database
- Manage your sales pipeline and identify new opportunities
- Conduct walk-throughs and home demonstrations for prospective buyers
- Guide customers through design, tendering and council approval process
- Build a profitable database of customers
- Read and interpret site plans, technical drawings, contour plans and estimates
- Presenting tenders and contracts

What You Need

- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role with either a new home builder, or prior real estate experience selling residential properties




- Financially and target driven, and self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional presentation
- Strong verbal/written communication
- Comprehensive market knowledge
