We're partnering with a well-known Australian organisation to appoint an Employee Relations Consultant for an initial 3-month contract, with potential extension.

We are also recruiting for a Senior P&C; Advisor to join the team so don't hesitate to apply if you are at advisory level

About the Role

Reporting into a specialist Employee Relations team, you will provide expert advice and guidance across a diverse portfolio of ER matters while supporting leaders to manage workplace issues confidently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing complex employee relations casework from end to end

- Conducting workplace investigations and preparing recommendations

- Advising on performance, conduct, disciplinary and grievance matters

- Supporting leaders through organisational policies and employment obligations

- Managing matters involving workplace complaints, misconduct and policy breaches





- Partnering with key stakeholders to deliver commercially sound and compliant outcomes

- Contributing to a positive employee experience while balancing organisational risk

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Workplace Relations or a specialist HR advisory role

- Strong workplace investigation experience

- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and ER frameworks

- Experience managing performance, conduct and grievance matters

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

- The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced workplace and quickly build credibility with leaders

Experience supporting Fair Work Commission matters, conciliations or complex ER cases will be highly regarded.
