About the role

Ready to lead a team that helps shape and maintain the parks, open spaces and landscapes enjoyed by our growing community?

As Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead your team in the delivery of maintenance programs for parks, open spaces and roadside corridors. This is your chance to make a visible impact on the presentation and liveability of landcsapes across the city while leading a dedicated field-based team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement park and horticultural maintenance programs
- Lead and support your team to complete maintenance schedules and parkland projects on time and to a high standard
- Coordinate contractors, materials, and machinery for programs and parkland development projects
- Plan weekly and daily work schedules/routines

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Current MR Class Driver's Licence is desirable




- Current QLD A.C.D.C Licence or be able to obtain within 6 months of appointment
- To undertake this position, you will need to be immunised against Q Fever
- Workers must pass a respirator fit test before they start wearing a tight-fitting respirator and at regular intervals during their employment
- The ability work in line with our values of safety and wellbeing, communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership

This is a permanent full-time role with a salary commencing at $79,616 plus 12.5% superannuation.
