About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Property Officer/ Leasing Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, being out and about, and developing their career in residential property management.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct Wednesday and Saturday rental open inspections

- Manage leasing enquiries and arrange property inspections

- Follow up prospective tenants and identify suitable applicants

- Review rental applications, conduct reference checks and present applications to landlords

- Help manage a residential property portfolio and day-to-day tenancy matters

- Communicate with landlords and tenants and maintain solid client relationships

- Coordinate repairs, maintenance,



lease renewals and rent arrears

- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

- Prepare leases and coordinate new tenancy commencement

- Maintain accurate property and tenancy records

About you

- Previous property management or leasing experience preferred

- Strong organisation and time-management skills

- Confident verbal and written communication

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence

- Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Available for Wednesday and Saturday open homes
