About the role

Trimboli Group is seeking enthusiastic and professional Wait Staff to join our hospitality team in Braddon. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst providing an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and welcoming dining environment. As Wait Staff, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role is crucial to the success of our venue, ensuring every diner enjoys their visit from the moment they arrive until they depart.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them according to venue procedures

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, with knowledge of menu items and specials

- Serving food and drinks with professionalism and attention to detail

- Ensuring tables are set correctly and maintained to the highest standards throughout service

- Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any concerns with courtesy and discretion

- Processing payments and managing table turnover efficiently

- Maintaining knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements to assist guests

- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery

- Keeping the dining area clean and organised, clearing and resetting tables as needed

- Following health and safety regulations and venue policies at all times

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as Wait Staff or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse guests

- A professional and polished appearance with a positive and friendly demeanour

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously

- Attentiveness to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service





- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace whilst maintaining composure

- Willingness to take initiative and support team members when needed

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain it

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
