Drive Personnel is seeking experienced and reliable Labourers & Trade Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the Trades & Services industry. Working on projects in the Bunbury region, these casual positions offer flexibility whilst providing meaningful work across various trade and labour projects. You will be part of a team that values hard work, professionalism, and commitment to delivering quality results on every project.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with the completion of trade-specific tasks and projects
- Preparing work sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring a safe working environment
- Performing general labouring duties including lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment
- Following health and safety guidelines and procedures on all job sites
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order
- Supporting the setup and breakdown of work areas as required
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and tradespeople to ensure project requirements are met
- Assisting with site cleanup and waste management
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working as a labourer or trade assistant in the construction, maintenance, or related trades industries
- A current or valid driver's licence (highly desirable)
- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour tasks safely and efficiently
- A strong commitment to health and safety practices and compliance on site
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexible hours as required
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different trade environments
- Any trade qualifications or certifications would be advantageous
- Candidates must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
