About the Role

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in fast-paced critical care environments while working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams. You'll have the flexibility to work across a variety of ICU settings, broadening your experience while maintaining control over your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe,

- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes

- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

- Support patients and their families throughout their care journey

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation

- Adhere to hospital policies and ICU best practice standards

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

- Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU nursing experience

- Relevant ICU qualifications and/or training

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Availability for flexible AM, PM and night shifts

- Full Australian working rights

- Current National Police Check (preferred)

- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification (preferred)
