About the role

CNL Plumbing & Drainage is growing quickly, we've got some big projects underway and we need another set of hands.

Qualified plumber? Perfect.

Good 3rd or 4th year apprentice? Also perfect.

We're less concerned about the title and more concerned about whether you're good at what you do and good to work with.

Our crew works across civil, drainage, construction, renovations, roofing and general plumbing, so you won't spend the next five years doing the exact same thing every day.

Key responsibilities

- Complete plumbing, drainage, civil and construction works to a high standard

- Work independently and as part of a crew

- Take pride in your workmanship

- Treat our clients, builders and your teammates well

- Pull your weight and contribute to the team

- For qualified applicants, confidently manage and complete jobs independently

About you

We're not looking for a corporate list of buzzwords. We're looking for someone who:

- Is a qualified plumber, 4th year apprentice or experienced 3rd year apprentice

- Is good at what they do and wants to keep getting better

- Takes pride in their work

- Can work independently when required

- Is equally happy jumping in with the crew

- Can take feedback without taking it personally

- Has a current driver's licence and appropriate licences/qualifications for their level

- Is simply positive to work with

We work hard and expect good workmanship.



We expect you to pull your weight.
