The Roles
Leading Hand

We’re looking for an experienced commercial electrician who is ready to take ownership on site, work closely with our Project Managers and help lead our site teams.

You’ll need to communicate well, organise work effectively, think ahead and help keep projects moving.

Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who is prepared to get on the tools and lead by example.

A-Grade Electrician

We’re looking for qualified electricians with solid commercial experience who take genuine pride in the quality of their work.

Around five years of commercial experience would be advantageous, but it’s certainly not a deal breaker.

For us, attitude, workmanship, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important as the number of years on your CV.

If you’re an A-Grade Electrician looking to take the next step in your career, we’ll give you opportunities to develop into a Leading Hand role and progress further from there.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who:

- Takes genuine pride in their workmanship

- Has experience across commercial electrical projects

- Is reliable and takes ownership of their work

- Communicates well with clients, supervisors and teammates

- Understands and follows electrical regulations and OH&S; requirements

- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions

- Wants to keep learning and developing

- Cares about delivering a quality finished product





- Wants to be part of a team that takes pride in what it does

Essential Requirements

- Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence

- Construction Industry White Card

- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

- Own basic hand and cordless tools

- Ability to obtain Police and Working With Children Checks where required

- Australian citizen, permanent resident or valid Australian working rights

Advantageous Tickets & Experience

The following would be highly regarded but aren’t essential:

- EWP licence/ticket

- Communications and structured cabling experience

- First Aid / CPR

- Temporary electrical installation experience

- Other relevant electrical or construction industry tickets
