Total Tools Brooklyn is looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting prospect for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong administrative and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What will you be doing?

- Review, raise, and manage purchase orders to maintain stock levels across the store network.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment requirements in line with company budgets and sales demand.
- Liaise with suppliers, stores, and internal teams to manage purchasing enquiries, credits, returns, and stock issues.
- Assist with stocktakes, inventory reporting, and the management of aged or discontinued stock.
- Support cost control initiatives and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure efficient business operations.

- Experienced in purchasing, inventory control, or a similar administration role.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Analytical and proactive, with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.




- Confident communicator who can build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
