What you'll be doing:

A Melbourne born beauty brand, is seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist to join their vibrant Head Office team in Collingwood on a part-time basis (Monday-Thursday).

As the face of the business, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and qualified experience for visitors while providing high-level support to the Office Manager and broader Head Office team. This is a varied position that combines front-of-house responsibilities with administration, customer service, and office coordination duties.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded brand within the beauty industry, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This temporary assignment is available for an immediate start and requires attendance in the office four days per week.

Candidates will need to perform the following duties:

- Ensure that reception is covered from 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Ensure all head office maintenance workers are logged and their whereabouts communicated to Head Office staff.




- Ensure office opening and closing procedures are undertaken each day
- Coordinate suppliers (cleaner, security, stationary, kitchen and bathroom supplies, couriers, catering, etc.).
- Ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a professional standard and that all guests are catered for appropriately

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

- Experience in a Reception/Office Coordination role
- Excellent communication skills
- Professionally presented
