The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – Electronic Security to lead the delivery of security integration projects across Perth and broader Western Australia.

You’ll oversee high-value installations and service works from concept through to completion, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Project Manager or Senior Security Technician who is ready to take ownership of technically complex projects and contribute to the continued growth of Fortis Security’s WA operations.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and deliver multiple electronic security projects across Perth and Western Australia

- Coordinate technicians, internal resources, subcontractors and suppliers

- Oversee project budgets, procurement, scheduling, forecasting and reporting

- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, variations and commercial outcomes

- Maintain compliance with all WHS and quality-management requirements

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

- Resolve technical,



commercial and operational challenges as they arise

- Ensure seamless project handovers with complete documentation and client sign-off

- Support the continued growth of Fortis Security’s Western Australian operations

What You’ll Bring

- Experience as a Project Manager or Senior Security Technician within the electronic security industry

- Solid understanding of CCTV, access control, intercom, intrusion detection and integrated security systems

- Demonstrated experience coordinating technicians, subcontractors, suppliers and clients

- Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, procurement, forecasting and variation management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Simpro experience highly regarded

- Excellent organisation, leadership, communication and time-management skills

- A current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence

- Full and permanent Australian working rights

- Based in Perth or within reasonable travelling distance
