The ambitious Parcel Locker Expansion team are powering eCommerce and helping deliver the best delivery services in Australia. We are looking for someone to join our team of 4 that will identify locker sites and drive the expansion forward. Helping place lockers in locations that deliver for our customers!

About the opportunity

This is a role for someone who likes being out and about, not behind a desk. You’ll spend most of your week in the field, moving through suburbs and metro locations to find the best spots for our next parcel lockers. Success looks like a steady flow of quality sites that convert into live lockers our customers love to use. You’ll report to the Manager, Out of Home Partnerships and work hand in hand with our Partner Managers, who take your sites through to signed agreements.

You’ll also

- Spend most of your time on the ground, scouting priority areas for locker sites and judging each one on access, visibility, safety and customer demand.
- Start face to face conversations with shop owners, centre managers, landlords and onsite teams to find the right decision maker and open the door.
- Qualify each site and write a explicit brief so your Partner Manager can pick it up and run.
- Keep your pipeline moving, follow up your own leads and log everything accurately so nothing slips.

About you

You’re a people person who is happy knocking on a door and starting a cold conversation.



You read a room well, know when to push and when to step back, and you don’t take a no personally. You like the freedom of planning your own days, you’re organised, and you get a buzz from turning a quiet street corner into a live locker site.

You’ll also

- Have experience in field sales, site acquisition, business development or another face to face, out of office role.
- Be comfortable identifying good locations, getting past gatekeepers and finding the person who can say yes.
- Hold a current driver licence and be happy travelling across metro, and where needed regional, areas each week.
