We are currently seeking an experienced Handyperson / Building and Gardens Maintenance Officer to join our friendly team on a Casual basis. Your passion, professionalism and attention to detail will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.

What you will be doing:

- Responding to a variety of maintenance requests; providing a high level of service
- Minor repairs and general building maintenance
- Garden maintenance; planting, fertilising, spraying, pruning etc.
- Ensuring lawns and shared spaces are presented to the highest standard
- Collaborating with various teams and external contractors
- Identifying and implementing preventative maintenance programs

What we are looking for:

- Handyperson, building maintenance or trades/TA background
- Experience with tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- written and verbal
- Good understanding of OH&S; requirements
- NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain)




- Experience with garden equipment including; mowers, line trimmers etc.
