Manufacturing Team Member

iSeekBlinds is an Australian-owned company looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our Roller Blind and Curtain Production team.

This is a hands-on role manufacturing custom-made window furnishings in our spacious Somerton facility. Previous manufacturing or window furnishings experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We provide full on-the-job training and are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

You will work across different stages of roller blind and curtain production, including:

- Cutting materials accurately

- Assembling custom-made roller blinds and curtains

- Reading and following production worksheets, labels and order details

- Quality checking and packaging completed orders

- Assisting with freight and dispatch

- Receiving and putting away stock deliveries

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace





- Assisting with other production and warehouse duties as required

As every product is custom made, accuracy, care and attention to detail are essential.

About You

- Takes pride in producing high-quality products

- Can follow instructions and production processes accurately

- Works well in a team and communicates clearly

- Can work efficiently to meet customer deadlines

- Is proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn

- Is comfortable working independently when required

Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, assembly, textiles, roller blind production or the window furnishings industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
