Most associate roles come with a promise: the patients will come. This one comes with a full book. Our Bellerive practice has looked after Eastern Shore families for a long time, and its long-serving dentist has handed over a full recall book to us. We hired one dentist thinking that he'd take a while to ramp up and in a month he is getting booked out to November. So we need a dentist who will look after those patients properly. You will be busy from your first week. The job is to be worth it.

The practice sits on Cambridge Road, beside the Bellerive Yacht Club, ten minutes over the bridge from the Hobart CBD. Two chairs with plans for an expansion, a settled team, and patients who have been coming for years and bring their families with them. Rosny, our other Eastern Shore practice, is five minutes up the road. Launceston, our flagship with a hospital grade surgical theatre, is where the complex cases and the training live. There is support at all levels for someone who is wanting mentorship.

What you are stepping into

- A full book on day one. Not a marketing forecast. An existing patient base with recalls already in the diary.
