About the role

Cooper Signs | Gold Coast, QLD | Monday to Friday

We are a Specialist Real Estate Signage Company servicing agencies across the Gold Coast. We’re looking for a reliable Signage Production All‑Rounder to join our team and support daily production, finishing, and workshop operations.

Key responsibilities

- Operating large format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment

- Preparing corflute, ACM, and panel signage

- Assembling signboards and hardware

- Maintaining a clean, safe workshop

- Assisting with stock control and materials handling

- Occasional onsite assistance for installs or removals

What we're looking for

- Experience in sign production and/or installation within the signage or trades industry

- Experience with hand tools, power tools and production equipment commonly used in signage manufacture

- Physical capability to lift, carry and work at heights when required for installations

- Valid driving license and reliable transport





- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

- Computer experience preferred
