The Hahndorf Old Mill Hotel is looking for a hands-on, energetic Venue Manager to lead the team and take this iconic Adelaide Hills venue to the next level.

With bistro, bars, gaming, functions and accommodation, no two days will be the same!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead, develop and motivate the team
• Rostering, recruitment and performance management
• Gaming operations and compliance
• Cash handling and reconciliations
• Ordering, stock control and supplier management
• Drive sales, manage labour and control costs
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee functions, accommodation and daily venue operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who is confident, organised, commercially minded and loves hospitality.





You'll be a hands-on leader with strong customer service and problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet and handle whatever a busy venue throws your way.

Previous RMS experience is essential, along with the ability to lead from the front, get stuck in and make things happen.
