What you’ll do

We are Seeking 2x Organisational Design Specialists to join our Talent, Inclusion & Capability Practice on a 6 month fixed-term contract. Please note, this role is available to candidates based in NSW, QLD or VIC. In this pivotal role, you will bring our enterprise job architecture and skills frameworks to life.

- Partner with People Partners and leaders across the business to translate operational needs into well-defined job profiles, role taxonomies, and skill frameworks.
- Collaborate closely across the broader People team to ensure job architecture and skills solutions align seamlessly with talent, reward, and capability initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate job profile updates,



and contribution grading processes to maintain data precision, market alignment, and governance.
- Create, review, and maintain practical skills taxonomies, capability models, and skill descriptors to support workforce mobility and team development.
- Conduct role mapping, skill gap reviews, and capability assessments to support team design, profile cataloguing, and operational workforce planning.

What You'll Bring

- Practical experience coordinating job architecture processes, role profiling, job evaluation, and skills taxonomy mapping within complex organisations.

- Demonstrated track record creating practical capability frameworks, skill descriptors, and assessment toolkits that support team capability and talent mobility.

- Strong collaborative and advisory skills, with the ability to guide leaders and HR partners through technical profiling and capability tools.

- A data-informed approach, with hands-on experience managing HR system records, profile cataloguing workflows, and capability data precision

- An open-minded, detail-oriented style with a commitment to operational efficiency, service excellence, and continuous framework enhancement.
