Your Pay and Benefits at a Glance
- Competitive rate between $44.11 - $57.78 hourly dependent on experience plus superannuation + extra 25% pay for casual loading

About the Role
We currently have exciting opportunities available for Registered Nurses!
Located in the heart of Horsham Lutheran Homes Group's 76-bed residential care home, dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive community environment.
We’re excited to welcome passionate RNs to our Horsham team.
In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a caring team to deliver respectful, personalised care tailored to each resident’s needs and goals. Key Responsibilities
- Provide top level care to enhance residents’ quality of life and health by collaborating with key partners and ensuring strong clinical governance
- Empower residents and families through education and advocacy of their rights and responsibilities
- Support and guide the care team to create a cooperative, excellence-driven environment focused on continuous growth
- Actively participate in quality and risk management to meet standards and drive ongoing improvements
What You Will Need
- AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse
- a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable
- Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times
- Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Candidates must hold a current National Police Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
