We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Five Senses Coffee team on a fixed-term maternity leave contract from November 2026 until the end of 2027.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing with one of Australia's leading specialty coffee roasters. Whether you're a recent marketing graduate ready to hit the ground running or you've already gained some experience, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work across a broad range of marketing activities including digital campaigns, social media, website content, product launches, email marketing, photography, video, print collateral and events. No two days are the same and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a brand that's passionate about specialty coffee.

This is a full time position, although part-time may be considered for the right applicant. The role is ideally based in Melbourne, however exceptional applicants from other Australian states will also be considered.

A Bit About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Degree-qualified in Marketing (essential)

- Passionate about coffee and excited to be part of the specialty coffee industry

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

- Creative with a strong eye for design and visual presentation

- Interested in photography and videography, with an eye for creating engaging visual content

- A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

- Proactive, eager to learn and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed

- A recent graduate, or someone with some marketing experience looking to develop their skills

About the Role

Reporting to and working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll help bring the Five Senses brand to life by supporting a wide variety of marketing activities, including:

- Assisting with the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels

- Creating and scheduling content across our social media platforms

- Assisting with email marketing campaigns and website updates





- Supporting new product launches and promotional campaigns

- Capturing and editing photography and video content

- Preparing marketing collateral and coordinating creative assets

- Working with internal teams and external suppliers to help deliver projects on time

- Helping maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

- Supporting events, sponsorships and community initiatives

- Providing general administrative support to the marketing team
