About you:





You know what well-oiled food service shifts looks like, because you've been part of them, many times before. No one needs to walk you through how a good team works when it's actually working. You know how to just get in, read the room, and get on with it.

Your responsibilities for these shifts will typically involve:

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately, then relaying them correctly to BOH staff

- Serve food and drinks efficiently during service

- Keeping service areas clean, well-stocked and organised

- Respond to guest requests promptly

- Support the floor team to keep service running smoothly

What you'll need:

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is not essential but highly regarded

- Experience in high-volume food service venues

- Ability to serve and collect multiple plates at a time (being able to confidently 3-plate carry is highly regarded)

- Confidence in working fast-paced shifts, reliably and independently
