Service Technician / Installer Offsider

Bradnam’s Windows & Doors | Warana, Sunshine Coast Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week | Full time

Bradnam’s Windows & Doors are looking for a motivated Service Technician / Installer Offsider to join our team at Warana on the Sunshine Coast.

This is a fantastic chance to join an established Australian family-owned business, where you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience working with quality window and door products, develop your installation and service skills, and be supported with the training and tools you need to succeed.

Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our products are installed, serviced and presented to the highest standard — while delivering the Bradnam’s Difference to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will be exactly the same. You’ll work across a variety of residential and commercial sites, supporting our installation and service teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reading and interpreting work plans, job sheets and installation paperwork;

- Measuring, handling and installing Bradnam’s window and door products;

- Assisting with service work and identifying and rectifying product issues where required;

- Conducting site assessments and reporting any issues or potential concerns;

- Communicating professionally with customers throughout the installation and service process;

- Glazing and handling glass products safely;

- Using a range of hand and power tools;

- Working collaboratively with installers, service technicians and the wider Branch team;

- Maintaining a clean, professional and safe work workplace;

- Following all workplace,



customer site and safety requirements, including PPE, sign-in procedures and other site-specific processes.

What We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need to have years of industry experience — we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- A positive, self-motivated and reliable approach to work;

- Previous experience using hand and power tools;

- A genuine interest in developing a career in installation, glazing, building or a related trade;

- Strong communication and customer service skills;

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team;

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety;

- A valid, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence suitable for the vehicle you'll be operating;

- A current Construction White Card;

- Trade qualifications or relevant industry experience will be highly regarded.
