We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team in Scarborough. Working closely with the Campus Principal and Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily school operations, coordinating administrative activities, and creating a welcoming experience for students, parents, staff and visitors.

About the Role
Reporting to the Campus Principal, you will provide administrative support to the College's leadership team while overseeing reception operations and assisting with enrolments and student administration activities.
This is a varied and hands-on role that will suit a qualified who enjoys administration, stakeholder engagement, event coordination and working within a dynamic education workplace.
Key Responsibilities
As the Administration Officer, you will:
- Support the Principal and Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and calendar management.
- Oversee reception operations and ensure a professional visitor experience.
- Respond to enquiries from students, parents, staff and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate student and administrative records.
- Assist with enrolment administration, information evenings and open days.
- Coordinate school events, functions and excursions.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation.
- Support compliance, accreditation and government reporting requirements.
- Assist with social media content, publications and communications.
- Process invoices and undertake routine financial administration tasks.
- Deliver professional and responsive customer service across all stakeholder groups.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in administration, reception, customer service or clerical support.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills and experience using computerised administration systems.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Highly Regarded
- Experience within a school, training or education environment.
- Experience with student management or enrolment systems.
- Event coordination experience.
- Invoice processing and financial administration experience.
- Knowledge of privacy, records management and compliance requirements.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

- Australian Federal Police National Police Check.
