The Role

As a member of our dynamic and forward thinking mechanical services team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and innovative design solutions for various building services projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of accurate and detailed HVAC design solutions.

- Preparation of contract documentation for tendering and construction purposes





- Managing design projects from concept through to completion including the consultation with all members of the design team

- Attending site to inspect existing services and review construction works

- Liaising with equipment Suppliers and Manufacturers

- Researching current products and HVAC design practices and ensuring the Company remains up-to-date with the latest building services technology

Skills and Experience:

Our ideal candidate will:

- Be degree qualified from a tertiary institution recognised in Australia (B Eng Mechanical or equivalent).

- Have a minimum of three (3) years previous experience working with an engineering consultancy or relevant contracting company in building services

- Have experience or an interest in managing multidisciplinary projects

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound problem-solving skills

- Have a willingness to learn and develop new skill levels

- Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

- Hold a valid C class driver’s license

- Have full working rights in Australia and able to work from our Brisbane office

- Be willing to travel and stay overnight, or longer, to any Australian destination if required

- Have the ability to adapt seamlessly to change within the workplace
