About the role

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment, takes pride in making great coffee, and provides excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages

- Provide friendly and effective customer service

- Take customer orders and process payments

- Maintain a clean and organised coffee station and work area

- Assist with opening and closing duties

- Restock supplies and maintain presentation standards

- Work effectively with the rest of the team during busy periods

About you

- Previous barista or café experience preferred

- Good coffee-making and milk-texturing skills

- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude

- Reliable and punctual

- Able to work well under pressure

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends as required
