About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based at our Tamworth site. However, for the right applicant, another BEST Employment site location within the Area may be considered.
As an Area Manager for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) in our Southern Region, you will lead a team of employment services professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that support positive employment outcomes for participants. You will be responsible for driving operational performance, leading and developing staff, ensuring contract compliance, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across the region. This is a agile leadership role that requires a passion for people, a focus on performance, and a commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for individuals to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
Regular travel across Southern IEA sites within your area of responsibility is a requirement of this role, including overnight travel as needed.
About You:
You will be a self-motivated and resilient individual with:

- A demonstrated ability to take initiative when completing tasks.

- A demonstrated ability to build, maintain and grow professional relationships with a diverse range of people and groups.
- Previous experience in client-advocacy and barrier management (desired).
- Previous administration, customer service or case management experience (desired).
- Class C Driver's Licence
- Clear National Criminal History Check
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
