Availability Requirements

To be considered for our roles, you must be available to work a minimum of three days per week and be available within one of the following shift patterns:

Housekeeping Room Attendant

- Shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 5:00pm

Housekeeping Service Attendant

- Shifts scheduled between 6:00am and 10:00pm

About the Role

- Clean, service and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and service areas in line with Crown's high brand and quality standards

- Deliver a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for all hotel guests through professional and attentive service

- Maintain cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards across assigned work areas





- Accurately complete daily worksheets, report maintenance issues, and manage lost property in line with procedures

- Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of all assigned duties

About You

- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or a customer service workplace (hotel experience highly regarded)

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently meet high cleanliness and presentation standards

- A reliable and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism

Additional Information

- Must be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks associated with the role

- Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
