- Updating operational information and planning spreadsheets within Microsoft Teams
- Investigating and resolving day-to-day operational and systems issues
- Locating products within the warehouse and applying identification stickers before loading
- Completing compliance checks using a tablet, including verifying load restraint, photographing completed loads and recording compliance details before trucks depart
- Working closely with warehouse and transport teams to keep customer deliveries on schedule
What you'll need to succeed
- Solid computer skills and the confidence to learn multiple software systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and practical problem-solving capabilities
- A proactive and adaptable approach to daily operational challenges
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chai
What you'll get in return
