Client Relationship Officer

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Officer to join our Sales team and become a key point of contact for our clients.

This role is focused on building strong relationships, delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring enquiries and issues are managed through to resolution. You’ll work closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, while also identifying opportunities to support client retention and account growth.

What You’ll Do

- Manage day-to-day relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.

- Respond to client enquiries, requests and issues promptly and professionally.

- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Sales, Dispatch and Finance to deliver a seamless client experience.

- Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve service and satisfaction.

- Support new client onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records and client information.

- Escalate and manage complex issues through to resolution.

- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and additional products or services that meet client needs.

- Support the Client Retention Manager with client engagement, retention activities,



reporting and account management.

- Work collaboratively across the business to support client retention, account growth and overall business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in customer service, account management or client relations is preferred.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.

- Confidence using email, spreadsheets, CRM and other business systems.

- Experience in logistics, service delivery or operations-based environments is desirable.
