Looking for a short-term opportunity where your family violence experience can make an immediate impact? ?

We're currently looking for 2 experienced Family Violence Practitioners to join a Brief Intervention Team for a 4-week engagement, supporting victim survivors through a fast-paced and rewarding service.

? About the Role

You'll be providing telephone and web-based support, including:

- ? Crisis intervention and brief case management
- ?️ Family violence risk assessment using the MARAM Framework
- ? Developing risk management and safety plans
- ? Supporting adult and child victim survivors
- ? Practical safety and recovery planning
- ? Connecting victim survivors with appropriate services and supports

? About You

We're looking for an experienced practitioner who can hit the ground running and is confident working with family violence risk, crisis intervention and safety planning.

You'll ideally have:

- Strong family violence practice experience
- Knowledge and experience using the MARAM Framework
- Experience with risk assessment and safety planning
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Availability to commence ASAP

- North Melbourne | Office-based
- SCHADS Level 5.3 - $69.81 per hour + super
- ASAP commencement
