VENUE MANAGER | THE LONSDALE HOTEL

Lead one of Adelaide's south's biggest and busiest pubs.

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager to lead The Lonsdale Hotel, a high-volume, multi-outlet venue featuring gaming, a bistro, sports bar & TAB, huge drive-in bottle shop, functions and accommodation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven hospitality leader ready for their next challenge. You'll lead a large team and work closely with our Operations team and Directors, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the venue's performance and direction.

YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Leading, developing and managing a large team
• Gaming operations, including cash clearance reporting and reconciliations
• Rostering and labour management
• Recruitment, training and performance management
• Ordering, stock control, suppliers and venue systems
• Overseeing all day-to-day operations across the venue
• Driving sales,



managing costs and improving performance

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

✔️ Knows gaming operations and compliance
✔️ Is commercially minded with strong attention to detail
✔️ Leads from the front and performs well under pressure
✔️ Takes ownership, brings energy and makes things happen
