Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:

- Supporting the design, integration and delivery of complex ICT and communications capabilities.
- Developing and managing engineering artefacts,



requirements and technical documentation.
- Conducting requirements analysis, verification and validation activities.
- Supporting systems integration, testing, certification and acceptance activities.
- Providing engineering assurance, governance and technical risk management.
- Collaborating with Defence stakeholders, industry partners and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Contributing to capability acquisition, sustainment and modernisation programs.
- Supporting network, communications and infrastructure architecture initiatives.

About You:

You'll likely bring experience in one or more of the following:

- Systems Engineering within Defence, Government or complex enterprise environments.
- Communications, Network or SATCOM engineering.
- Requirements management, systems integration or technical certification.
- Capability acquisition, sustainment or systems delivery programs.
- ICT infrastructure, telecommunications or mission-critical technology environments.
- Engineering governance, assurance and risk management.

Highly regarded:

- Defence, CASG or Federal Government experience.
- Chartered Engineer status or relevant engineering qualifications.
- Experience with Defence capability lifecycle frameworks.
- Experience working within highly regulated technical environments.




- Experience supporting large-scale communications or network programs.

Security Clearance:

Candidates holding a current NV1 Security Clearance are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with Baseline, NV2 or higher clearances are also highly sought after. Australian Citizenship is essential for many opportunities.
