AUS Fleet Solutions is a one stop shop for all your vehicle needs. We are currently looking to grow our AUS Vehicle Sales team and are seeking a proactive sales and customer focused;

Vehicle Sales Consultant

Reporting to the Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager, this role is primarily responsible for guiding customers through AUS Vehicle Sales’ buying processes whilst providing the highest quality service to ensure customer needs are met.

The candidate will be required to understand the sales process and demonstrate the value in each step. The role requires the coordination of activities associated with the sale and delivery of each vehicle sold. This is an outstanding role for a motivated and driven individual with a desire to succeed in our industry and achieve targets. The role also has excellent earning potential i.e.



a base salary plus commissions and attractive hours with no Wednesday Night trading.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Previous Motor Vehicle Sales Experience with valuable previous Commercial exposure

- Hold a valid Motor Vehicle Sales License and WA Driver's Licence (essential)

- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Thrive and perform in high pressure

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Negotiation experience

- Understand and show responsiveness to customer needs

- Experience in AUTO IT Units Computer system (high regarded)

- Ability to follow instructions with a process driven environment

- Superior planning ability and networking capabilities

- National Police Clearance (essential)
