The Role You’ll take ownership of a well-managed residential portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring the day-to-day management of the portfolio runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
- Managing tenant enquiries and requests
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting routine inspections and managing follow-up
- Handling lease renewals, arrears and compliance
- Managing ingoing and outgoing processes
- Liaising with trades, contractors and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
- Providing a high level of service to both landlords and tenants
