Our client is seeking a creative and energetic Marketing & Experience Executive to join a high-performing shopping centre team in Darwin.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys variety, loves bringing ideas to life and thrives in a fast-paced environment. From social media and digital campaigns to centre activations, community events and retailer engagement, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience and driving foot traffic across a major retail destination.

No two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating a centre-wide campaign, the next managing social content, working with retailers or helping deliver a major community event.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, you'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns, customer experience initiatives and centre activations that engage customers and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing social media, digital content, EDMs and website updates
Coordinating marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery
Creating engaging retailer communications and promotional initiatives
Supporting centre events, activations and community partnerships
Analysing campaign performance and preparing marketing reports
Building strong relationships with retailers, suppliers and stakeholders




Assisting with school holiday programs and key trading period activities

About You

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong organisational skills.

You'll bring:

- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, events, communications or a related field
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience coordinating projects, campaigns or events
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms or Google Analytics will be highly regarded
