including affidavits, financial agreements, and consent ordersRepresenting clients confidently in court, mediations, and negotiationsWorking closely with the legal team to deliver cohesive and effective legal strategiesManaging your caseload autonomously while contributing to a high-performing teamMentor and coach junior lawyersWhat We're Looking ForAdmitted solicitor in Queensland with 5+ years post-admission experience in family lawStrong understanding of family law legislation, court procedures, and legal precedentExcellent communication skills and the ability to develop rapport and trust with clientsDemonstrated ability to manage complex matters and juggle competing prioritiesA proactive mindset and cooperative working styleValid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for court appearances as requiredWhy This Role?
