Bunnings is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and stock management for a high-volume warehouse. You will lead a team of 50+ with support from Department Managers, ensuring safety, efficiency and aggressive customer service targets.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll develop strategies to grow the warehouse, monitor performance, and coordinate with distribution centres and support offices while maintaining a robust safety culture.
