- Ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Monitor production targets and quality standards
- Coordinate maintenance and operational planning
- Prepare operational reports and manage productivity

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in mill or manufacturing operations

- Strong leadership and operational management skills

- Knowledge of production and safety standards

- Skills Assessment is mandatory for offshore candidates
