Job Description

n
- Provide supervision and direction to Radiographers and staff to ensure a high-quality service in the West metro region
n
- Maintain a high-quality, effective medical imaging service for patients and referrers
n
- Ensure adequate clinic staffing levels and work alongside other site managers on regional rostering needs
n
- Coordinate ongoing education, support and professional development for staff
n
- Liaise with Radiologists, modality leaders and management to ensure high-level service provision
n
- Establish and develop community networks to facilitate client understanding and satisfaction
n

Requirements

n

n
- Degree qualified in Medical Imaging with AHPRA registration
n
- Proven leadership ability and experience with staff training
n
- Extensive experience and competency in mammography
n
- Demonstrated patients first approach to service provision
n
- Police Check and Working with Children Check
n
